Licence, display and caching rules
How we count calls
One call is one programme x one route x one month calendar (or one day for a day-level search). A search across 5 programmes is 5 calls. REST and MCP share one quota. Every response shows your remaining calls.
Data we license
We license only programmes we collect ourselves. We cover 24 loyalty programmes, and the live list shows the current status. Data from third-party partners, for example seats.aero, is not part of any commercial plan. We remove those rows from every Evaluation, Developer, Partner and Scale response.
Display and caching
- Partner and Scale plans may show results to your own end users inside your product.
- Cache results for up to 24 hours. Show when the result was fetched, for example "updated 2 hours ago".
- Derived calculations, for example points converted into your currency, are allowed.
- Evaluation and Developer plans are for internal use. Do not show raw results to end users.

Award availability by Award Travel Finder
Booking links go to the airline.
Not allowed
- Resale or redistribution of raw data.
- Bulk export of our data.
- Building a competing award-search dataset.
Limits and support
Award space changes by the minute. A result is not a guarantee that the seat is bookable. Programme coverage changes when airlines change their websites.
Developer support is by email, best effort. Partner and Scale support is by email with a reply within 2 business days and 30 days notice of breaking changes.
