What's included in the free plan? +
The free plan includes 3 award flight searches per day across major carriers, limited to economy cabin class results. No credit card required.
What do I get with Premium that I don't get for free? +
Premium unlocks unlimited searches, all cabin classes (Business + First), hotel points search + tracking, price drop alerts, premium newsletter, plus the AI travel agent — bring your own AI key or top up pay-per-use credits (you only pay for the AI you use), and the ability to plug any MCP server — cheap-flight finders, hotel/rail/ferry search, or your own tools.
Which airlines can I search? +
Award Travel Finder searches award flights across 24 airlines and shows pricing across all the loyalty programs that book them — so you can compare the cheapest way to use the points you already have.
Can I bring my own AI key? +
Yes — it's a Premium-tier feature. Plug in your own AI provider key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or any compatible provider) at Dashboard → AI model. The agent uses your key, your model, and your billing — no message cap.
Which models can I pick? +
A range of frontier and fast models from the major AI providers, including the latest Claude and GPT families. You can also paste a custom model ID and an optional base URL for proxies (OpenRouter, Anyscale, etc.).
Can I add my own AI tools to the agent? +
Yes. Visit Dashboard → AI tools and plug any MCP server (cheap-flight finders, hotel/rail/ferry search, your own tools) or paste any MCP URL. The agent's tool catalogue auto-grows in your session — no code changes, no admin approval. Disconnect any time.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, right from your account. You'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then move to the free plan.
How many searches can I perform with Premium? +
Unlimited for search on the website and through the MCP server (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf), with no daily, weekly, or monthly limits. The separate REST API for your own scripts and integrations is metered: 150 calls a month on Premium and 500 a month on Enterprise API.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing? +
Yes, you can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time. When you upgrade, you'll immediately start saving with the annual rate.
Do you offer refunds? +
Payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then ends. If you're in the EU, EEA or UK, you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund from the "Pause or cancel subscription" button on your account. If something on our side isn't working, email support@awardtravelfinder.com and we'll make it right.
Is Pro or Agency right for me? +
Only if you plan award trips for other people. Pro and Agency are advisor tiers with multi-client portfolios and branded client plans — see advisor & agency plans. For your own travel, Premium is the plan you want.
