British Airways AI assistant
How does the British Airways AI assistant work?
The Award Travel Finder AI assistant searches British Airways Executive Club award seats, paid for in Avios, when you ask in plain language. It works inside Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and in our web agent. It checks live availability, compares British Airways with other airlines in a multi-airline search, and can watch a route and email you when seats open. British Airways award seats release about 355 days before departure, so watching a route is useful for planning far ahead.
