Free missing points check
Your card owes you points.
You pay with your 3x dining card. The bank codes the purchase as "other" and pays 1x. It happens every day, and nobody checks. Upload a statement and we find every purchase that missed its bonus.
- Compares each purchase with your card's published earning rates
- AI writes the request to your bank, with every date and amount
- Reminds you until the points arrive
One evening out. 481 points short.
These lines come from a real rewards screen, checked against a card that gives 3x on dining. A cocktail bar earned 1x because it registered as a retailer. Dinner at a hotel restaurant earned 1x because it billed as the hotel. The taxi earned its 2x, so we leave it alone.
You would never see this in your banking app. Each line looks normal. Only the rate is wrong.

Why purchases miss their bonus
Your bank does not know what you bought. It reads a 4-digit merchant category code from the shop's card terminal, and pays points by that code.
Wrong category code
A bar, bakery or food hall that signed up as a retailer earns 1x, not your dining rate.
Restaurants inside hotels
Dinner at the hotel restaurant often bills under the hotel's code, so a dining card pays the base rate.
Payment processors
Shops that take cards through a third-party processor can send a generic code instead of their own.

Questions
Is the check free?+
Yes. Upload a statement or screenshots and we show how many points are missing, with no account. A free account shows the purchases. Premium ($9.99/mo) writes the request to your bank with AI, reminds you until the points arrive, and checks every new purchase automatically when you connect your bank with Plaid.
Why do purchases miss their bonus?+
Banks pay bonus points by the merchant category code that the shop's card terminal sends, not by what the shop is. A bar that registered as a general retailer, a hotel restaurant that bills as the hotel, or a café that takes payments through a third-party processor can all earn 1x instead of 3x or 4x.
Do you need my bank password?+
No. You upload a file or screenshots. If you connect your bank with Plaid (Premium), Plaid gives us read-only card transactions. We never sign in to your bank, and you send the request yourself from your card account.
Will my bank give me the points?+
Your bank decides. Many issuers correct a merchant category or add the missing points when you ask with the dates, amounts and the rate in your card terms, which is what our request lists. We cannot promise a result.
What do you keep?+
We delete your files as soon as we read them. For a check you save to your account, we keep the purchase lines a request needs, and delete them after 13 months or when you delete the check. A check you run without an account is deleted after 2 days.
Which cards work?+
Any card in our catalogue with published earning rates, from Amex, Chase, Capital One, Citi, Bilt, Barclays and more. We also count yearly bonus caps, such as 4x up to $25,000.
