Processing typically takes a few business days. If this is a status challenge, you may need to fly a qualifying number of segments or miles within a set timeframe to keep the matched status.
Eligibility and Evidence Required
Most Miles & More status match requests require proof of active elite status with a competing program. Typically accepted forms of evidence include a screenshot or PDF of your current membership card, a recent account statement showing your tier level, or a boarding pass summary confirming qualifying activity within the past 12 months. Some programs also require that your existing status be at a mid-tier level or above.
