1. الموافقة على الشروط

3. حسابات المستخدمين

تتطلب بعض ميزات خدمتنا التسجيل. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية معلومات حسابك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم تحت حسابك.

4. خدمات الاشتراك

الميزات المتقدمة متاحة من خلال الاشتراكات المدفوعة. يتم تحديد شروط الاشتراك، بما في ذلك الأسعار والميزات، وقت الشراء.

5. حدود الخدمة

بينما نسعى جاهدين لتوفير معلومات دقيقة ومحدثة، لا يمكننا ضمان توفر رحلات المكافآت أو دقة جميع البيانات. يجب إجراء الحجز النهائي مباشرة مع شركات الطيران.

6. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتوى والوظائف على Award Travel Finder محمية بموجب حقوق النشر وقوانين الملكية الفكرية الأخرى. لا يجوز للمستخدمين نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع محتوانا دون إذن.

7. الإنهاء

نحتفظ بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق الوصول إلى خدمتنا وفقاً لتقديرنا الخاص، دون إشعار، للسلوك الذي نعتقد أنه ينتهك هذه الشروط أو يضر بالمستخدمين الآخرين أو بنا.

10. AI Travel Assistant

Our AI travel assistant generates suggestions, summaries and plans using large language models. Its output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal or travel advice. Award availability, pricing, fees, taxes and loyalty-program terms change frequently — always verify any booking, transfer or redemption directly with the airline, hotel or program before you act on it. You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.

11. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

If you supply your own AI provider API key, you are responsible for your usage of and charges from that provider, and for complying with that provider's terms. We use your key only to fulfil your requests and store it encrypted. We never use your key for our own purposes or share it with anyone else.

12. Connected Tools and Accounts

You may connect third-party accounts and search tools to your AI assistant. When you do, you authorize us to exchange the relevant data needed to fulfil your requests. Third-party tools and accounts are operated by their own providers under their own terms; we are not responsible for how they handle data once it leaves our platform. You can disconnect them at any time.
