Emirates award alerts
Do Emirates award alerts work on Award Travel Finder?
Emirates award alerts are not available on Award Travel Finder: route monitors never search Emirates, so no email fires when Skywards Miles seats open on an Emirates flight. What does work is a manual Emirates award search across a network of over 150 destinations, where the Skywards Miles balance slider hides every flight your current miles cannot book. Emirates releases award seats about 330 days before departure, so run that search yourself on a route such as London (LHR) to Dubai (DXB) as your date approaches the window. Emirates First Class awards have been limited to Silver, Gold and Platinum Skywards members since 12 May 2025, so check your tier before hunting for A380 suites.

Questions about Emirates award alerts
Can I set an award alert for Emirates?
No. The automatic monitor check never searches Emirates, so a route monitor on an Emirates flight will not email you when Skywards Miles seats appear. Premium's unlimited route monitors do not change this. You can still search Emirates award availability yourself whenever you like.
When do Emirates award seats become bookable?
Emirates award seats release about 330 days before departure. Sources disagree on the exact window: some practical reports say 328 to 330 days, while the Emirates search box shows 360 days. Search a date near both figures if you are watching a far-off trip.
Which miles can I use to book Emirates awards?
You can book with Skywards Miles on the Emirates website or app. Alaska Mileage Plan miles and Japan Airlines miles can also book Emirates, sometimes for better value. Amex Membership Rewards (5:4), Bilt Rewards (1:1), Capital One Miles (4:3), Citi ThankYou Points (5:4), Hilton Honors (10:1) and Marriott Bonvoy (3:1) transfer into Skywards.
Can I still see only the Emirates flights I can afford?
Yes. The Skywards Miles balance filter lets you set your balance with a slider and view only the Emirates award flights you can book with those miles, across Economy, Premium Economy, Business and First.
