利用規約

1. 規約への同意

Award Travel Finder（以下「当社」）にアクセスし、ご利用いただくことにより、お客様はこの利用規約に拘束されることに同意されたものとみなされます。これらの規約に同意されない場合は、当サービスをご利用にならないでください。

2. サービスの説明

Award Travel Finder は、様々な航空会社の特典航空券の空席状況を検索するサービスを提供しています。当社は公開されている情報を集約し、ユーザーの皆様が特典旅行の機会を見つけるお手伝いをしています。

3. ユーザーアカウント

当サービスの一部の機能をご利用いただくには、登録が必要です。お客様は、アカウント情報の機密性を維持し、アカウントで行われるすべての活動について責任を負うものとします。

4. サブスクリプションサービス

プレミアム機能は有料サブスクリプションでご利用いただけます。料金や機能を含むサブスクリプション条件は、ご購入時に明示されます。

5. サービスの制限

当社は正確かつ最新の情報を提供するよう努めておりますが、特典航空券の空席やすべてのデータの正確性を保証することはできません。最終的な予約は、航空会社で直接行っていただく必要があります。

6. 知的財産権

Award Travel Finder のすべてのコンテンツおよび機能は、著作権およびその他の知的財産法により保護されています。ユーザーは、許可なく当社のコンテンツをコピー、変更、または配布することはできません。

7. 契約解除

当社は、これらの規約に違反する行為、または他のユーザーや当社に害を及ぼすと判断される行為について、通知なしに、当社の単独の裁量により、サービスへのアクセスを終了または停止する権利を留保します。

8. 規約の変更

10. AI Travel Assistant

Our AI travel assistant generates suggestions, summaries and plans using large language models. Its output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal or travel advice. Award availability, pricing, fees, taxes and loyalty-program terms change frequently — always verify any booking, transfer or redemption directly with the airline, hotel or program before you act on it. You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.

11. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

If you supply your own AI provider API key, you are responsible for your usage of and charges from that provider, and for complying with that provider's terms. We use your key only to fulfil your requests and store it encrypted. We never use your key for our own purposes or share it with anyone else.

12. Connected Tools and Accounts

You may connect third-party accounts and search tools to your AI assistant. When you do, you authorize us to exchange the relevant data needed to fulfil your requests. Third-party tools and accounts are operated by their own providers under their own terms; we are not responsible for how they handle data once it leaves our platform. You can disconnect them at any time.
